The Royal Docks and the University of East London present: Die Hard and live music from Brass covers band Das Brass

Join us for a special screening of Die Hard and live music from Das Brass as part of Dock the Halls, a FREE winter film festival at the Royal Docks.

Die Hard

Does Die Hard really count as a Christmas film? It takes place on Christmas Eve, so we think it counts. If you like your Christmas movies to focus on the action and Bruce Willis rather than Santa and his elves, this is definitely the event for you.

Live music

Brass covers band Das Brass are joining for the screening and will be playing before and after the film. Their sound teleports this traditional approach to the 21st century and they’ll play a melange of pop and funk favourites, Balkanised afrobeats, and twisted jazz standards. The band consists of consists of traditional New Orleans-style horn section instruments: trombones, trumpets, saxophones, sousaphone and drums.

Presented by the Royal Docks in partnership with the University of East London.
