Learn more about the skills needed to succeed in Human Resources

Are you interested in a career in Human Resources (HR)? Do you want to learn more about the type of roles in HR and the skills and competencies you will need to succeed? Then this event is for you.  

Aimed at people looking for, or who are already in, entry level HR roles through to middle management positions. You will hear from industry experts and HR recruiters discussing the current HR employment market, highlighting where HR jobs are growing and the type of competencies and experience required to succeed in them.

If you are in a middle management position and looking to progress or transfer into a career in HR there will also be a discussion on how to promote your personal brand to help you get the promotion or development opportunity that you want.

There will also be an opportunity for feedback on your CV and what you can do to make your CV and applications stand out for HR roles. There will also be information and guidance in relation to CIPD upgrading to ensure your membership is working for you in the job market.
