Free Range 2017
Free range 2017
The University of East London will be exhibiting
our graduating photography students at this year’s Free Range shows.
Free Range is an Old Truman Brewery special project set up by Tamsin O'Hanlon to provide new creative graduates with the opportunity to showcase their work on an international level. Since its inception in 2001, Free Range has become the number one platform and launch pad for the next crop of creatives to showcase their work to both public and industry.
Attracting visitor numbers to rival the largest art events, the annual Free Range exhibitions present the work of thousands of art, design students in several distinct categories including: fashion, art, graphics, photography and interior design.
A note from our final year students exhibiting this year.
“Free Range is an opportunity that helps creative graduates to exhibit their final year work to the public and industry.
As BA (Hons) Photography students at the University of East London we want to be part of Free Range because we provide a range of practices connecting our unique digital present with our analogue past and it will be an enjoyable way to celebrate the three years of study. Cascade showcases the graduating work which uses a wide range of projects that indicate the students’ diverse cultural backgrounds, their creative ideas and their experimentation with techniques and printing processes.”
