We offer friendly, expert advice for our IT systems and software, in support of all UEL students and staff. We are based across all three campuses, and are responsible for IT Support, operations, information systems and infrastructure.

We also design, plan, develop and deliver UEL’s strategic direction for information technology and provide guidance on the development of best practice procedures. You’ll find 24/7 advice via this website, so check out our How to… section to see if your question is answered here.

Your first port of call for one-to-one advice is our IT Service Desk and you can drop in, call or email us for support and guidance. We offer this service across our campuses, and staff are available 9am-9pm every weekday during semesters. Our ITService Desks counters are also staffed during the daytime at weekends and during vacations. Contact us now.

      Welcome to IT Serviceline

      If you need help or advice with your IT, there are a number of ways to get in touch with us. You can  search for an answer using our knowledgebase and FAQ webpages.

      Our Self Service Portal offers you 24/7 access to advice and guidance and enables you to use our key services, such as Password Recovery, Knowledge Base and UEL Direct.
