Since 2013, forty-six new business ventures successfully started with our support.
Over £2.5 million of turnover has been generated by these successful businesses.
These new businesses have resulted in the creation of two hundred and sixty nine jobs.

At UEL Enterprise, we are proud to support even the smallest of eureka moments. Based at Knowledge Dock within the heart of UEL, the Enterprise Team specialise in offering one-to-one sessions to turn your bright idea into a profitable start-up. Also available to you is our Enterprise Academy series of unique workshops created to turn any student or graduate into an accomplished entrepreneur.
E-Factor is our flagship competition for students and alumni to help get their ideas started. Applications normally run between November-January each year, with the final in May.

Working with GetSet 4 Growth and Natwest, the Enterprise Team can also offer networking and development opportunities based in and around East London. In conjunction with the European Business Network (EBN), Knowledge Dock can also facilitate ventures into new international markets and presents a unique partnership also being the only EU Accredited Business Innovation Centres in London.
For UEL students and alumni with established commerical and social enterprises, we hold a competition in partnership with the Haberdashers Livery Company. This allows these enterprises to receive extra funding to help take their business to new heights. Read more here.
