Cherise Basslian - Employer Engagement Manager
Cherise manages the Employer Engagement Team within the CfSS and works with a wide range of employers to source graduate roles, work placements, internships and part time work in line with the aspirations and career objectives of UEL students and graduates. With over 12 years’ experience working in Human Resources and employability services Cherise is well placed to connect employers to the talented pool of UEL students and graduates that are seeking new opportunities.
Rose Cole - Employer Engagement Officer
Rose is responsible for establishing and maintaining employer partnerships from the following industry sectors: HR; Media; Digital Media and Communications; Creative Arts and Design; Marketing; Advertising; PR; Public Sector; Third Sector/ Charities; Teaching and Education; Healthcare; Social Care; Leisure; Tourism; Hospitality; Events. Prior to this Rose worked within the School of Psychology at UEL alongside the Dean and Employability Lead, securing a number of successful partnerships supporting Psychology students into work. Rose now continues to bridge this gap between employers and students on a much bigger scale for students, graduates and alumni from Schools across the University.
Siobhan Walker - Employer Engagement Officer
Siobhan’s role is to develop and maintain links with local, national and international employers to secure employment and internship opportunities for both our Students and Graduates. Coupled with a background in Employment Law, Siobhan’s career within Employability and Recruitment began in 2008 and includes working within private and public sector institutions as well as Further Education employability roles.
