Royal Docks Centre for Sustainability: Using the panels

Button Panel

STEP 1:Turn on the screen by pressing on using the panel.

STEP 2: Plug in your laptop using either the HDMI or the USB-C cable provided (HDMI cables are not provided)

Please note if using the HDMI, you will not be able to use camera and mics with Teams. press Either HDMI or USB-C on the panel depending on the cable you are using.

Touch Screen

STEP 1: Press ‘Turn On’ on the touch panel (allow the system to start up)

STEP 2: Select a source from the panel

For laptops using the USB-C cable and for older laptops using the HDMI cable.
Please note if using the HDMI, you will not be able to use camera and mics if available with Teams.

Microsoft Teams settings

Logitech Rally Bar

We recommend you check the speaker, microphone, and camera settings in Microsoft Teams before you join an online session or start recording.

  • Click on the 3 dots next to your profile photo/initials.
  • Select Settings.
  • Select Devices from the left-hand side.
  • Make sure the speaker is set to Univ_HDMI_PCM in MS Teams and PC audio Set Microphone to Logi Rally bar.
  • Check the icon (bottom right) to make sure the same applies.
  • Set Camera to Logi Rally Bar.
