Alumni Chapters

Developing successful alumni chapters is key to building a strong Alumni Network. Alumni chapters are a great way to stay in touch with friends and make new contacts no matter where an alum is. These groups and chapters provide valuable networking opportunities and keep alumni in touch with the University.

Kenya

UEL's newest Alumni Chapter is the Kenyan Alumni Chapter which was formed earlier this year.

The Chapter is keen for Alumni from all areas of Kenya to get in contact and engage with the Chapter.

The President of the Kenyan Chapter is Michael Mwaura. If you wish to speak to him about getting involved with the chapter, he can be contacted on uelkenya@gmail.com

The Executive team for the Kenyan Chapter is made up of Wagema Karanja - Vice President, Ruth Muigai - General Secretary, Jacqueline Wagechi - Treasurer and Bob Harun, Public Relations Officer.

The Chapter meets on a regular basis and although the Alumni Office does not have a date in the diary to visit we hope to do so in the future.
