Visitor parking
We do have some parking spaces available at our campuses and we are happy to arrange parking if it’s required. If you need to park at one of the campuses, then you'll need to be sponsored by a member of staff.
If you are a member of staff and need to arrange parking for a visitor, then you'll need to contact reception at the relevant campus who can reserve you a space. They will ask you for the vehicle details of the visitor such as make, model and registration. The reception will provide you with a permit for you to display in the widescreen of the car that you’ll need to pass to the visitor. However, we do encourage staff and visitors to use public transport as far as is practical.
Our University Square Stratford campus doesn’t have any parking facilities. However, if you are a disabled badge holder, you are able to use one of the 12 disabled parking bays on the west side of the building. These operate on a first come first served basis.

Moving into Halls of Residence
If you are moving into our Halls of Residence you are very welcome to bring a car on to campus to drop off your luggage and belongings. We do have space for unloading and parking on campus although please be mindful that it can get quite busy during the beginning and end of term.
Drop-off and pick-up
Docklands campus:
We have a drop off/pick up point outside the main barrier near Galleons Reach roundabout. Take the University Way exit from Galleons Reach roundabout.
If you wish to drop off/collect your children you can get in touch with the Customer Services Reception or Security Team in advance and providing details of their vehicle registration, date and expected time of arrival. This will help us facilitate your access and eliminate any delays at the vehicular barrier.
Stratford campus:
Drop-offs for Stratford campus can be done just outside the main reception area on The Green (off Water Lane). Please note this area is controlled by Newham Council and parking is not permitted except for blue badge holders.
