Important update

In view of the current situation, UEL Finance Department has moved to remote working since Friday 20 March 2020.

Credit Control will be operating normal hours from 9am to 5pm (Mon to Fri) and can still be contacted directly by telephone on Tel: +44 (0)20 8223 7333.

We will endeavour to provide service as usual with minimum disruptions, but during this period some processes will take longer than usual to complete. Please be patient with our staff as we work through this challenging time.

During this remote working period the payment method for tuition and rent payments is: Debit or Credit Card Online via the following link.

You must have the Student ID number and date of birth to log in.

Payments are not immediately reflected on accounts, they will be shown on the account within 48 hours, so please allow time for accounts to be updated.

The income and credit control team

The Income & Credit Control team comprises of the Head of Income and Credit Control, Assistant Credit Control Manager and nine Income Officers. The team is responsible for the collection of all monies owed to the University.

The Income and Credit Control Officers are available to provide advice on fee payment, the Fees Policy and other related matters, in person and over the phone.

Students who pay their own fees (or whose family pay their fees)
Please refer to the Fees Policy  (You will need to be logged into the intranet to view this) for details of the payment options, how and when to pay your tuition fees. You may be eligible for a discount if you pay your fees early.
If you have difficulty paying your fees at any time, you should contact the Income & Credit Control team immediately to discuss your situation and the payment options available to you.
