Our catering services are provided by Aramark, with outlets offering hot and cold snacks, drinks and meals throughout the day.
We also provide hospitality catering for meetings, events and conferences.

What our students say
Hospitality services
Our hospitality team provides catering for meetings, training sessions, conferences and formal events.
We offer a range of options, including:
- Fresh fruit and pastries for breakfast
- Sandwiches and combination platters for lunch
- Bespoke menus for formal dinners and evening events
Our Hospitality Manager can help you choose a menu or develop a tailored option to suit your event, budget and guests' dietary requirements.
How to order hospitality catering
All UEL staff can view the hospitality menus online. However, only authorised staff can place orders through the online ordering system.
To place an order:
- Check that you have permission to use the hospitality ordering system.
- If you do not have access, ask your Dean of School or Director of Service for approval.
- Your Dean or Director must forward your details to Aramark to request access.
- Once authorised, place your hospitality order through the online ordering system.
All hospitality orders must be placed through the online ordering system. For advice about menus, dietary requirements or event catering, contact the Hospitality Manager.
Sustainability
We aim to reduce the environmental impact of our catering and hospitality services.
As part of UEL's sustainability initiatives:
- We use tap water instead of commercially bottled water at hospitality events to reduce the environmental impact of bottling, transporting and recycling plastic bottles.
- Starbucks cafés offer used coffee grounds for composting.
- Recycling bins are available across our campuses, including dedicated bins for plastic bottles.
