The University of East London takes the wellbeing of its staff seriously during the Covid-19 pandemic and during any other time. We are offering resources to all our staff members if they feel they need it during this time.
Mental Wellbeing Resource Library
- Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)
Members of staff at the University have access to EAP, a suite of wellbeing services, offering you a structured way to work through physical or mental health issues and financial difficulties. The resource is free to use and confidential.
The University has a dedicated in-house Health and Safety, which incorporates Occupational Health, who can help you with any health, safety and wellbeing issues, including physical and mental wellbeing, workstation advice and risk assessments, including stress risk assessments.
- Mental Health First Aiders
The University has a number of mental health first aiders who are able to support staff and signpost them to sources of mental and emotional support.
