Why did you choose to study at UEL?
I choose to study Fine Art at UEL because of the good reputation of the arts and architecture departments.
What is your one special memory of your time at UEL?
My one special memory of UEL is when I was involved in hosting the annual UEL art auction at my art gallery, which I started during my final year at UEL.
What have you done since graduating from UEL?
Since graduating from UEL, I have worked extensively in management within the Art and Fashion industry. Additionally, I completed my MA at LCF which led to me starting my own business.
What is your current job role? And what does it involve?
I am the founder of NAFS.SPACE, an online platform celebrating creative Queers from the SWANA community.
How did UEL help you get to where you are now?
My UEL tutors have helped support me both during and after my time at UEL for which I am so grateful.
What advice would you give your younger self?
I would advise my younger self to ‘Be more daring and don't let fear get in the way’.
What advice would you give to UEL current students preparing to graduate?
I would advise UEL current students to really focus on building their network and connections now.
Tell us something about yourself that most people don’t know:
I like to read about ancient belief systems in my spare time.
If you were to do it all again, would you still choose UEL?
Yes, I would definitely chose UEL again.
