If you have forgotten your password, and have previously registered with Self Service Password Reset Service (SSPR):
If you have not already set up SSPR and forgotten your login password you will need to ring the Service Desk. You can call them on 020 8223 2468. Open Mon - Fri 08.30 - 17.00

If you are about to enrol
If you are about to enrol to become a student we will first ask you to change your password. You will have received an email from us to your personal email account. This contains your username and password so you can log in for the first time. Your first step is to change this password to be one of your choice, that is private to you.
Your password needs to be:
- A minimum of 8 characters
- A mix of upper and lower case (a-z)
- At least one number (0-9) OR one special character (such as %)
Once you have changed your password, we encourage you to set up further security measures. You can choose to do this later, however, There is a guide to help you to do this with step by step instructions.
Then, after you have enrolled, you MUST set up Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) to ensure you can continue to access UEL services. Another email will be sent to you containing instructions for this.
