Tom Mackay is a Senior Lecturer in Integrative Counselling & Coaching.
Tom is an integrative psychotherapist, counsellor and coach. Having trained originally as a psychotherapist over 25 years ago, he has worked extensively with individuals, couples and groups in private practice and organisations. As well as working in private practice, he has worked as a counsellor at an FE College and the London Contemporary Dance School. With a background in music and drama, working with performance-based issues has been of particular interest.
As well as his integrative psychotherapy training, he has also specialised in ACT, couples therapy, trauma and EMDR.
As well as working as a psychotherapist, Tom is a successful coach. In 2004, he co-created the INLPTA Master Coach training in the UK. Since 2000, he has run psychology-based workshops with organisations internationally.
