OVERVIEW
Ryan is a lecturer in Initial Teacher Education and Subject Lead for the Secondary Music PGCE at UEL. For over 10 years, he has maintained a broad teaching base across all phases of Early Years, Primary, and Secondary education. His leadership roles have spanned from Head of Department to Assistant Director and Vice Principal. He is currently working towards his Doctorate in Education at UCL Institute of Education, where his research explores the exportation of the iQTS as a cultural and policy artefact of British education, drawing on concepts of policy borrowing and enactment.
