Ryan Sullivan

OVERVIEW

Ryan is a Lecturer in Initial Teacher Education and Subject Lead for the Secondary Music PGCE at UEL. For over 10 years, he has maintained a broad teaching base across all phases of Early Years, Primary, and Secondary education. His leadership roles have spanned from Head of Department to Assistant Director and Vice Principal. He is currently working towards his Doctorate in Education at UCL Institute of Education, where his research explores the enactment of the Initial Teacher Training and Early Career Framework (ITTECF) within English university-based ITE.

Ryan is recognised as a Senior Fellow of Advance HE (SFHEA) and a Fellow of the Chartered College of Teaching (FCCT).
