OVERVIEW
Preethi is a Business Strategy Lecturer, Associate Director of MBA Community Events and Associate MBA Director of student experience at the University of East London.. She brings close to two decades of industry experience spanning sectors and geographies. As a result, her research interests are varied and have evolved. Her research interests include but are not limited to the intersection between strategic management, culture, international business, business management, leadership, human resources, and technology.
She has published case studies, peer-reviewed articles and conference proceedings in academic and professional journals. She was awarded the Anglia Ruskin University Associate Teaching Fellowship (ARUATF) for her innovative recommendations for improving creativity in UG Science students in a funded pedagogy research project. She has been invited to deliver keynote talks and panel discussions globally.
