Mo Jafar is a seasoned educator and Senior Lecturer in Sports, PE, and Development. Mo dedicated 15 years to secondary school education, where he served in various capacities, including Head of Year and Head of a PE Department. Notably, he held the position of subject lead for PE for the Havering Teacher Training Partnership, contributing to the development of future educators.

OVERVIEW
I have a keen interest in Physical Education having been a PE teacher for 12 years. The last four years I spent as a Head of Department and have also trained PE teachers in the borough of Havering, hence I have a passion for pedagogy and learning. Currently my interests lie in exploring policy work in Physical Education along with curriculum and assessment design.
