OVERVIEW
Hossein's research attention is centred on the implementation side of HR and very proximal psychological impacts on employees and workplace behaviours. His research articles have been published at FT50/ABS4* level such as Human Resource Management (HRM), and British Journal of Management (BJM).
Before joining UEL, Hossein had ten years of experience in the banking industry, including various HR and operational responsibilities.
