CURRENT RESEARCH
Dr Hisham is participating in doctoral research workshops and academic events for the university doctoral research students. These activities have supported and guided doctoral researchers to make publications, participate in research work and progress toward the completion of their doctoral research. Also, Dr Hisham supported the university researchers by advising them about the required procedures and academic quality to progress toward completion. However, he is looking to continue his research focus on how to measure workflow information systems (WIS) using prediction, statistical, and mathematical models (theories) to improve WIS performance. He would also focus on student learning performance as he studied this area during his PGCHEP and pedagogical studies, and therefore, he is looking to publish articles about improving student experience using learning performance techniques.
Dr Hisham is researching on how BPM values of WIS can impact on ECM system performance. This research investigates the impact on ECM workflow systems performance using Customer orientation (C), Excellence (E), Responsibility (R) and Teamwork (T) values. ECM workflow solutions are software applications for managing business digital content (e.g. MS SharePoint, OpenText Content Suite).
