Geraldine has been part of the Integrative Counselling & Coaching team for several years, teaching across both first and second years as well as supervising the research projects of Master’s year students.

From a research perspective, Geraldine is deeply interested in the concept of the therapist’s use of self and in matters relating to holistic care and management of the self.

Before retraining as a therapist, Geraldine enjoyed a career as a journalist and magazine editor before working in employee communications and engagement roles within the corporate sector.

Outside of life at UEL, Geraldine works in private practice as an integrative therapist in London and Leigh-on-Sea, working primarily with early to mid-life adults and is experienced in delivering both short and long-term therapy, face-to-face and online.
