OVERVIEW
Geraldine is an experienced practitioner and lecturer in social work. She has worked for many years as a Senior Practitioner in Probation before moving across to social work with children and families.
Geraldine was a Principle Social Worker, Practice Educator and Team Manager before joining UEL. She became a Fellow of the Higher Education Authority after teaching on the Plymouth University social work programme and bring a mix of practice and academic experience to her role.
Previous research and writing areas include 'How do social workers listen to the voice of the child?' and 'working in teams'.
