Fola is a lecturer.

Fola is a MOBO award-winning singer and songwriter with over thirty years' experience as an independent recording artist, session singer, performer, backing vocalist and twenty years as a music educator covering voice, performance, songwriting, music business, and production.

She is also the founder and choir director of a unique amateur, non-audition and non-religious vocal ensemble called Reggae Choir created to spread the joy of the genre through song.
