Emma is a lecturer on the MSc in Integrative Counselling and Coaching course at the University of East London and a counsellor in private practice working with adults in East London.
Emma has taught at UEL for four years and herself trained on the course 10 years ago, completing her Master's research on applying an integrative counselling and coaching model with older adults.
At UEL, Emma has taught and supervised students on all three years of the programme.
Before training as a counsellor, Emma was a journalist working on issues of social justice for charities and magazines.
Emma keeps abreast of new research and developments in the field of integrative practice in order to keep her teaching and practice up to date, relevant and creative.
