Eleni is a lecturer in Business Analytics at the Royal Docks School of Business and Law. Her teaching spans modules in Financial Economics, Fintech, Business Statistics and Data Analysis.
Qualifications
- Eleni holds a PhD in Quantitative Finance from Imperial College Business School, an MSc and BEng in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, and an MSc in Shipping, Trade and Finance, from Bayes Business School, City, University of London.
OVERVIEW
Eleni’s professional experience spans a variety of sectors, ranging from academic research positions to investment banking, and technical consulting on energy and infrastructure projects. Her research experience relates to sustainable transportation, having worked as a technical project officer at the EU Joint Research Centre (JRC) in Ispra, Italy. Eleni has also worked as a researcher on various environmental EU-funded LIFE+ projects, at the National Technical University of Athens, in Greece.
CURRENT RESEARCH
Eleni’s areas of research include econometrics of financial markets, energy and transport economics and finance, and fintech.
