Dr Madani is a senior lecturer in pharmacology and the module lead in pharmaceutics and drug delivery at the University of East London. He is also a UK-registered pharmacist.

OVERVIEW
Dr Madani is a senior lecturer in pharmacology and the module lead for pharmaceutics and drug delivery at the University of East London. He is a UK-registered independent prescriber pharmacist and practices as an advanced clinical practitioner (ACP) within the NHS. With extensive experience across academia, research, and clinical practice, Dr Madani has held various roles including community pharmacist, clinical pharmacist, researcher, and academic.
Prior to his current position, he served as a senior lecturer in pharmacology at the University of Lincoln, assistant professor in pharmacy at the University of Nottingham, and clinical lead pharmacist at Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust.
He also worked as a research fellow at the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust, a postdoctoral researcher at University College London, and as a pharmacist in primary care services. Dr Madani’s research focuses on the application of nanoparticles for the diagnosis and treatment of cancer.
He has supervised both undergraduate and postgraduate pharmacy students in the field of nanomedicine and has published extensively in high impact journals.
