OVERVIEW

Following a successful 27-year career in London’s private banking sector, Amer has pursued his passion for aviation. Over the past 15 years, he has worked as an aviation adviser on a range of projects, developing expertise in sustainable aviation.

Amer has held a pilot’s licence for more than 26 years and is the Founder and CEO of Aviation Education Pathways. Through this work, he aims to inspire the next generation of aviation professionals by strengthening the relationship between education and the aviation sector.

Amer is fluent in Arabic, Chinese (Mandarin) and English. He is an Honorary Fellow of the University of East London, Chair of the General Engineering Industry Advisory Board and a guest lecturer.

He holds a BA (Hons) in Chinese language and literature and a Master of Arts in Finance and Macroeconomics.
