Dr Alireza Monajati is a senior leader in health, sport, and education innovation, serving on UEL’s School of Health, Sport and Bioscience Senior Executive Team. Since 2018, he has led initiatives aligning education with workforce and public needs, building partnerships with NHS Trusts, councils, and international institutions across Egypt, India, Ireland, Singapore, Greece, and Malaysia.

OVERVIEW
Dr Alireza Monajati is a senior leader in health, sport, and education innovation, serving on the School of Health, Sport and Bioscience Senior Executive Team. Since 2018, he has led initiatives that align education with workforce and public sector priorities, forging strong partnerships with NHS Trusts, local councils, charities, and international institutions.
As Director of the Health Advice Centre, he plays an active role in delivering community health programmes, working with local authorities, voluntary organisations, and neighbourhood teams to expand healthcare access, promote public health, and reduce health inequalities.
Dr Monajati is also a member of the North East London Training Hub Oversight Committee, contributing to regional workforce and skills development across the health and care system. In academia, he has chaired several international academic review panels, examined PhD vivas, and served on UEL’s strategic committees, ensuring governance, quality assurance, and compliance. His international collaborations span Egypt, India, Ireland, Singapore, Greece, and Malaysia, aligning programmes with local policies, regulations, and skills needs.
