Dr Maria Diana Joseph Regan is a Programme Lead, Senior Business Lecturer, academic researcher, professional trainer and motivational speaker with more than two decades of experience in higher education, leadership, professional development and student empowerment.
She currently serves as Assistant Program Lead, Senior Business Lecturer and Module Lead at CECOS College London, having previously worked at the University of East London (UEL) and as an Assistant Professor at Hindustan University. She has trained over 50,000 participants and holds a PhD in Human Factors in the Aviation Sector, alongside an MSc, MPhil and MBA.
