Our guide to enrolling

What to expect after your offer is accepted

You've applied to UEL and been accepted

You'll receive an email to your personal email address asking you to enrol with us. The first thing you'll need to do is log in and change your password. After doing that you can complete enrolment.

Watch a video on how to log in and change your password. We encourage you to set up your security now and to choose the Authenticator app method. It will become mandatory after you have enrolled.

If you're an International student, you should do this before you arrive in the UK, in case you have trouble with your mobile phone.

When you logged in and changed your password you will then be able to access your NEW UEL email address and your account with us. But first you must continue to enrol.

You'll find the link to the enrolment process in your email from us. You'll need documents to hand. If you're an International student you may need proof of sponsorship or proof of funding. All this kind of information will be provided as part of the enrolment process.

After you have enrolled, you'll get another email sent to your PERSONAL email address where we ask you to log in again. At this point you must set up your security, if you haven't already done so. You won't be able to access any UEL services including your UEL emails until you have set this up.

We include a link to a video about what to do after you have enrolled in the email that helps you do this.

You'll then become part of our UEL community! Log into Track my Future and find out about your new life at UEL.

Our enrolment service desk is open 9am - 5pm every day with the exception of Tuesday 2 February and Thursday 11 February where the service will operate from 9am - 7pm.
