    Overview

Dr Hedley Roberts is a practicing artist working mainly with paint and photomedia. His paintings explore 'the space between us', considering the nature of subjectivity, self representation and consciousness in an age of portraiture, selfies and photographic avatars. He has exhibited nationally and internationally. He works in London and lives in Margate, Kent. Hedley Roberts is newly represented by Fred Mann at New Art Projects in 2016.
