Jude is an experienced Human Resources practitioner specialising in Employment Relations (ER). He has over 15 years of experience working in ER; managing employment law-based casework involving a range of equality issues, contractual issues, grievances and workplace disciplinary processes. He has also been employed in a senior negotiator role to help resolve industrial relations conflicts across different organisations within the public and private sectors.

OVERVIEW
Within these roles, Jude has been active in supporting the process of managing organisational change in a fair and equitable way for employees. In his current role as a lecturer and course content designer, he is passionate about helping to teach modern best-practice HRM methods to the next generation of HRM practitioners. He aims to guide, inspire and unlock peoples' potential to undertake an HRM or management role in the most ethical, efficient and innovative way possible.
Jude enjoys helping students develop their own 'academic literacies' for students from all backgrounds to achieve in an academic environment. Alongside his studies for a Masters in Education Leadership and Management, he is currently developing additional research into this area and has recently published work on how to use higher education course design to teach students how to succeed in higher education assessments.
