Extended hours at Student Services Helpdesk

Be it because we had to ask for a new card, a Council Tax Exemption , help with health or disability-related issues or needed financial support, we’ve all been at the Student Services Helpdesk counter more than once, and we’ve been grateful for the opportunity. Now that the year is about to end and the pressure is high, there might just be times when we need to sort out that extra matter super fast. Student Services understands this, which is why the Helpdesk will be extending its opening times.
The Helpdesk will be open from 9.15am – 6.30pm on Tuesdays at Docklands and Thursdays at Stratford. Here are the revised opening hours:
Docklands Campus

Tuesday 9.15am - 6.30pm
