If the idea of finding and furthering talent excites you and you want to develop your people management skills, then studying a BA in Human Resource Management at RDBS could be the degree programme for you.

The BA Human Resource Management programme is fully accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). Successful completion of the programme means that as well as the degree you will be awarded the CIPD’s Intermediate Diploma in Human Resource Management and will receive a certificate.  With this CIPD qualification, students will have the underpinning knowledge required to apply for professional membership after study. If, or when, you have the necessary experience you can apply for an upgrade to become anAssociate Member. This entitles you to use the designatory letters after your name - Assoc CIPD. CIPD professional membership is recognised by the industry and employers alike and may even increase your earning potential.
