We can work with organisations to enable your in-house training courses to provide higher education credits.
This can be attractive to new recruits and to existing employees:
The amount of credit depends on the number of learning hours, and on the level of the course.
One credit equates to 10 hours of learning – this can be classroom-based learning, private reading and study, elearning, or relevant projects carried out in the workplace.
We consider the level of learning through mapping the intended learning outcomes, and work with you to establish assessment and quality assurance protocols for your ongoing courses.
UEL recently accredited a range of short courses offered by Youth Access - the national membership organisation for young people’s information, advice, counselling and support services. You can find out more about their courses by clicking here.
