I have worked at the University of East London for the past 14 years primarily supporting distance learners studying for a variety of qualifications at our collaborative partners both in the UK and overseas. I joined UELconnect in January 2008.
My role in UELconnect is to support distance learning students, helping, advising and guiding them through their studies. I aim to achieve this by ensuring that support infrastructure is in place to aid and enhance the learning and experience of distance learners.
UELconnect is experiencing significant growth and I am excited by the prospect of working for such a dynamic part of the institution.
