It’s easy to apply for programmes at UEL – and you can get guidance with your application if you are unsure of any details.
If you are applying through your school or college and they are registered to manage applications on your behalf through UCAS, they can give you guidance and submit the application on your behalf. They may also be able to handle the online payment for applications and collect the money from you.
If you are applying independently, you will be responsible for completing all details on the application correctly, attaching required academic references and paying the application fee by credit or debit card. You may be able to get advice from a teacher or tutor. Alternatively, consult careers advice organisations such as Connexions Direct.
You can get advice from UEL’s International Office.
All applications for full-time programmes beginning in February are made direct to UEL (this is also the way to apply for all part-time, distance learning and postgraduate programmes, as well as short courses).
There is no closing date for your application, although it’s always a good idea to apply early as our programmes fill up fast.
Our step-by-step online system gives you full guidance on what details you need to include and once you have registered and been issued with a password, you can start working on your application and then save and return to it later.
There is no application fee to pay, but you will be supplied with a unique reference number once your application is submitted and you need to make a note of this for all correspondence. Apply now.
If you are unable to complete an online application, or would like to speak to an advisor about an application made direct to UEL, please call +44 (0)20 8223 3333.
If you have completed an HND or equivalent, or have studied part of a degree programme elsewhere, you may be eligible to join UEL part-way through a degree programme – usually at the beginning of Level 2.
If you are applying for entry part-way through a programme – either direct to UEL or via UCAS - please ensure this is stated clearly on your application and tell us why you believe you should enter at a higher level in your personal statement.
Remember that if you choose this route your final degree award will be based purely on your studies at UEL.
Please Note: The Online Application system is not currently enabled for Combined Honours/Two Subject and Foundation degree programmes please use our downloadable application forms if you wish to apply for any of these.
