Distance Learning gives you freedom, flexibility and choice. You study at your own pace and chosen location to get the knowledge and qualifications you want.
Being a Distance Learning student gives you all the advantages of being a campus-based student. You have access to our 21st Century learning resources and receive study materials and academic support to enable you to succeed.
This route could be ideal for you if you can’t or don’t want to access our campus. You may also choose it as a convenient means of learning while you work, travel, raise a family or enjoy an active retirement.
We offer a wide choice of programmes, ranging from short courses to undergraduate or postgraduate degrees. Subjects on offer include Business Management, Computing, Health Studies, Law, Nature Conservation and Psychology.
Distance Learning study materials are available 24/7 – all you need is an internet connection. We recognise the value of support and contact with others, so you are encouraged to join our online learning networks. You also receive full academic support from your lecturers, who communicate by email, chat room and online messaging.
Applications for Distance Learning programmes are made direct to UEL. To find out more about study routes, and contact our team of advisors, go to Distance Learning. You may also be interested in on-campus short courses.
