We provide study skills to suit a variety of situations and needs.
We run weekly Specialist Study Skills Workshops for students who have dyslexia/specific learning difficulties or are going through the assessment process. These are relaxed and useful drop-in sessions.
Our workshops will be running twice a week on both the Docklands and Stratford sites.

Did you know you can access Assistive Technology on student computers? Check out our instructions on how to do this.
If you have applied for Disabled Students Allowance (DSA) and have had an Needs Assessment from the Regional Access Centre at UEL (RACEL), you can contact us to request a one-to-one study skills tutor to work with you on a regular basis.
If you have had your Needs Assessment from another assessment centre, you need to provide us with information to enable us to provide the tutor hours you are entitled to.

The ELC is based in the Cass School of Education and Communities. They provide academic writing and communication skills workshops in each school for students wanting to improve their English.
