Health & Wellbeing

Ongoing Workshops, Clinics & Future Events

The Student Health & Wellbeing Team offer a wide range of events, year round. These range from Cancer Awareness Days, to Alcohol Awareness Days and Healthy Eating Days.

We also have regular weight management workshops, and workshops on coping with anxiety and depression (CBT). Check back here regularly for more information.

Learn ways to cope with the stress of up and coming deadlines and exams!

8-week Weight Management Programme (back by popular demand!)

Our weight management programme is not a quick fix diet, but long term lifestyle changes - it is a structured, self help programme lasting 8 weeks.

CAMPUS DAY ROOM TIME
Stratford Every Monday

Docklands Every Thursday Email for information 3.00pm - 4.30pm
