There is no government support in the form of grants/loans for most postgraduate degrees, although there are exceptions for PGCE students. Key sources of funding are listed here.

You can apply to us for a partial fee waiver of up to half your tuition fees (up to a maximum of £500) if you are a part time ‘home’ or EU student and you qualify because of low income. You must prove that your gross household income is less than £16,845 (£18,845if you live with a partner) or you receive one of the following benefits:

Professional Studies Loans (normally for profesional courses only) are available from most high street banks. They vary greatly in insterest rates and rules but are normally for two years of study and borrowing can range from £3000 to £25000.
If you are a postgraduate student and have applied for a Professional Studies Loan (or Career Development Loan - registration number 3416), you can also apply to the Access to Learning Fund.
