Student Money, Advice and Rights Team (SMART)

About Us

We understand the financial pressures students face and the Student Money, Advice and Rights Team (SMART) are here to offer you support and practical advice. We are working with the Financial Services Authority (FSA) on a pilot project to improve financial know how among students – and you can benefit from the advice on offer.

We work with you to take control of your finances, tackle debt, access the funds you're entitled to and give guidance on a variety of money related issues. We use a combination of workshops, one-to-one meetings and individual casework.

We help you access the funds you're entitled to and give guidance with issues such as debt. You can contact us by email or phone (020 8223 6200) , or visit during one of our drop-in or appointment sessions at Docklands and Stratford campuses.
