During your time at UEL you may need to visit us to collect support cheques, such as Access to Learning Fund and Emergency Loans.
You need to visit the Student Services Helpdesk at the campus where you are based (Docklands or Stratford). Locations/Contact us.
Bring your Payment Schedule/Financial Notification (which details payments of your loan and/or grant). The Student Services Helpdesk team will scan this and release your payment.

These checks help ensure financial support goes to the student entitled to it. We are unable to give your cheque to anyone else or send it through the post.
