Our Students’ Union (UELSU) is the recognised representative organisation for students enrolled at UEL. It is a charitable organisation which is independent of our university. You do not have to be a member of UELSU. If you aren’t, we will make sure that you are not unfairly disadvantaged for having opted out. You can get the appropriate forms from Student Services.
We welcome the contribution the Students’ Union makes to our university and we want to work with them to improve our students’ experience of it. We encourage all students to become active members, and we are proud of our continuing and effective partnership with UELSU.
