The Physical Activity programme at UELSports is new and is growing all the time with fun activities and exercise classes to experience and participate in. We aim to offer a range of opportunities for students, staff and the local community to engage in a variety of different physical activities. Whether you want to relax and test your flexibility to some Yoga or get fit at Bootcamp circuit, we have something for everyone. Click here to see the current Physical Activity programme. All sessions have a small fee to take part in. Booking is not essential; however, please register your interest before you attend.

The Campus Sport Programme is an exciting new programme, which will give students, staff, schools/services and halls of residence a chance to compete with and against each other in fun games, matches, tournaments and events in a range of different sports. Campus Sport is fun way to take part in sport and compete with and against your friends and colleagues. Your team will be awarded points throughout the year with the winning team winning a trophy and prize for topping the Campus Sport League table. Click here to see the current Campus Sport programme.

To register your own team, school/service or halls of residence, in a forthcoming Campus Sport event please click here and fill in a booking form.

Physical Activity and Events Officer Yassin Abidou would love to hear from any students and staff keen to get involved in the Physical Activity and Campus Sport Programmes. Please contact Yassin if you have any queries.
