Library and Learning Centre

If you would like to borrow study skills books and resources from the Skillzone area, they can be taken to the Library Enquiry Desk on the 1st floor or issued using the self-service machine.

Language Centre

If you are an international or home undergraduate or postgraduate student seeking support with Academic Writing and Communication Skills you can visit the ELC, which provides support in every School and across most programmes.

The Writing Centre

If you are a student in the school of Arts and Digital Industries and would like to attend group writing workshops or individual tutorials in writing, essay and dissertation structuring, grammar, punctuation and revision techniques, email The Writing Centre at:  writingcentre@uel.ac.uk

ECDL

If you are interested in attaining a globally recognised IT qualification which will boost your proficiency in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and the Internet, working at your own pace, contact ECDLenquiries@uel.ac.uk or Cedrick Nosa on 0208 223 7842.
