Ask a Skillzone Adviser
Our Skillzone Advisers are available to help you to identify how to get the best from what is on offer across the university. You can book a 121 session with one of our advisers to work through a particular issue, for example:
- How to access and use UEL Learning and Teaching Technologies, i.e. UEL Direct, UEL Plus, TURNITIN, and your module sites.
- How to make sense of feedback on your essay/assignment.
- General advice about study skills, e.g. referencing and avoiding plagiarism.
- Information about how to access support from various UEL departments.
Email our Ask a Skillzone Adviser to receive answers to general study-related questions or to book an appointment with a tutor.
We also have drop-in sessions at the Skillzone information point on the second floor of the Docklands library.
