The University of East London is committed to supporting students in schools and colleges to achieve their potential and make informed decisions concerning their future.
The Schools and Colleges Team offer a number of exciting and wide-ranging pre-entry activities and events promoting Higher Education delivered throughout the year. We aim to build skills, raise students' aspirations, increase levels of achievement and demonstrate a range of progression routes, underpinned by educational policy and context.
We look to deliver our work through developing ongoing partnerships and a progressive offer tailored to student / institutional need. Find out more about our Partnership Activity here
We offer taster events, a primary programme, preparation for higher education sessions, access work, parent/carer events, curriculum related projects and progression to higher education activity.
Both on and off campus students have the opportunity to work with specialist lecturing staff from UEL, staff with expertise in employability and student finance and meet UEL undergraduates to get a real feel for Higher Education in a new university setting.
