How do I deposit?

Method 1: we will deposit on your behalf

You can email your papers to us at roar@uel.ac.uk and we will check the copyright and deposit them for you. If you have a large number of papers you would like to deposit please contact us and we can arrange to collect any material from you at your convenience.

Method 2: you may deposit work yourself

Register with roar and within two working days you will receive an e-mail letting you know that you can deposit papers.

• After we have set up your roar account simply log-in to the my roar user area with your UEL network username and password and follow the instructions for uploading a paper.
• Detailed step by step instructions for each stage of the submission process can be found in the help section of roar as indicated in our deposit instructions
• As the last stage in the submission process you will be asked to grant roar a Deposit License. In summary by granting this license you agree:

  • You are able to deposit the Work legitimately
  • We will be able to maintain any deposited Work and to remove it if necessary
• Once your paper is submitted it is fully Open Access which means it is available to search engines and visible through the UEL library catalogue.
