Prices and Agreement dates
If your course starts earlier than the dates below, ie you are a PGCE student, please contact us once you have submitted your application and made the £750 payment. We can then amend the arrival date to match when you are arriving.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are studying for a full year then you cannot apply for one Semester only, just the Full year. You can only apply for one Semester if you are studying for just one Semester.
- Full year 2013/14 accommodation agreements run from Saturday 14 September 2013 - Sunday 15 June 2014.
- Semester A: accommodation agreements run from Saturday 14 September 2013 - Sunday 19 January 2014.
- Semester B: accommodation agreements run from Saturday 25 January 2014 - Sunday 15 June 2014.
All prices below are for rental only. In addition to these prices you will also need to pay a refundable deposit of £250.
Please note that all rental instalments are due on the 21st of each month.
